4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed and frozen

1 cup coconut water

1 cup coconut milk (full-fat for creaminess)

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (optional, adjust to sweetness)

Juice of 1 lime

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Lime slices, for garnish

Prepare the Watermelon: If you haven't already, cut the watermelon into cubes and spread them out on a baking sheet. Freeze the cubes for at least 3-4 hours until solid.

    Blend the Ingredients: In a high-speed blender, combine the frozen watermelon cubes, coconut water, coconut milk, honey or agave syrup, and lime juice.

      Blend to Perfection: Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and slushy. If necessary, stop the blender and scrape down the sides to ensure everything is well mixed. Add more coconut water if the slush is too thick.
