Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup ricotta cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and black pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon paprika (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Filling:

    - In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

      Prepare the Chicken:

        - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

          - Using a sharp knife, carefully slice a pocket into each chicken breast, ensuring not to cut all the way through. You want to create a generous pocket to hold the filling.

            Stuff the Chicken:

              - Generously stuff each chicken breast with the broccoli and cheese filling, pressing down gently to ensure it stays inside. If necessary, you can secure the opening with toothpicks to keep the filling intact while cooking.

                Season the Chicken:

                  - Rub each stuffed chicken breast with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and paprika for added flavor and a touch of color.

                    Bake the Chicken:

                      - Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish, and cover with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.

                        - After 25 minutes, remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F/74°C) and the cheese is bubbly.

                          Serve:

                            - Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve immediately, garnished with additional broccoli or a sprinkle of Parmesan if desired.
