2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup BBQ sauce (choose your favorite brand or homemade)

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

1 cup chicken broth or water

For the Flatbreads:

4 store-bought or homemade flatbreads (naan works well too)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 cup corn (canned or frozen)

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)

For Toppings:

Extra BBQ sauce

Sliced jalapeños (for spice lovers)

Lime wedges

Instructions
 

Cook the Chicken:

    - In a slow cooker, combine the chicken breasts, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and chicken broth. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender and easily shreds with a fork.

      Shred the Chicken:
