2 cups fresh pineapple chunks

1 ripe banana, sliced

1/2 cup coconut milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Toppings: slices of fresh pineapple, banana, granola, shredded coconut, and berries
