2 cups fresh pineapple, peeled and chopped

1 medium-sized cucumber, sliced

1 green apple, quartered (no need to core)

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated

1 handful of fresh spinach leaves (or kale)

1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)

1 cup cold water (or coconut water for added flavor)

Ice cubes (optional)

Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Ingredients: Start by peeling and chopping the pineapple into smaller chunks. Slice the cucumber and quarter the green apple. Prepare ginger by peeling and grating it finely. Wash the spinach leaves thoroughly to remove any dirt.
