Ingredients

24 Oreo cookies (divided)

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened

1 cup Heavy whipping cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chocolate fudge sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Extra crushed Oreos for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Crust:

    - In a food processor, crush 20 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.

      - In a mixing bowl, combine the Oreo crumbs with the melted butter, mixing until the mixture resembles wet sand.

        - Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Use the bottom of a measuring cup or glass to pack it tightly. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to set.

          Make the Ice Cream Filling:

            - In a large bowl, combine the softened vanilla ice cream with 1/2 cup of the chocolate fudge sauce (reserve the rest for serving).

              - Fold in the crushed Oreos, gently mixing until combined. Spread the Oreo ice cream mixture evenly into the chilled crust.

                Whip the Cream:

                  - In a separate mixing bowl, add the heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Using an electric mixer, beat on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form (about 3-4 minutes).

                    Assemble the Pie:

                      - Gently spread the whipped cream over the ice cream filling, smoothing it out with a spatula.

                        - Crush the remaining 4 Oreo cookies and sprinkle them over the whipped topping for garnish.

                          Chill:

                            - Cover the pie with plastic wrap or foil, and place it in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.

                              Serve:

                                - When ready to serve, drizzle additional chocolate fudge sauce over the slices and enjoy!
