1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated hybrid biscuits (like Pillsbury Grands)

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced

1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (about 6-8 slices)

1 cup sweet corn (canned or frozen)

1 cup diced bell peppers (red and green)

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup green onions, chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly grease the muffin tin with cooking spray.

    Prepare the Biscuits: Open the can of biscuits and separate them. Flatten each biscuit with the palm of your hand or a rolling pin to about 1/4 inch thick.

      Form the Bowls: Press each flattened biscuit into the cups of the muffin tin, making sure there are no holes. This will serve as the base of your biscuit bowls. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

        Cook the Chicken: In a skillet over medium heat, add a little oil or butter. Season the diced chicken with salt and pepper. Cook the chicken for about 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally until fully cooked. Add the ranch dressing mix and stir well to coat the chicken evenly. Remove from heat.
