1 cup queso cheese dip (store-bought or homemade)

12 mini tortilla cups (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup shredded lettuce

1 cup diced tomatoes

½ cup sliced black olives

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Olive oil (for cooking)

Salsa (optional, for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: If using store-bought tortilla cups, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to crisp them up slightly. If making your own, follow your recipe’s instructions for preparation first.

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat a splash of olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and cook until browned, about 6-8 minutes. Use a spatula to break the meat into small bits as it cooks.
