1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)

1 ripe mango, peeled and diced

1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

½ cup cold water

Ice cubes

Extra mango slices and a sprinkle of matcha for garnish (optional)

Prepare the Mango Puree: In a blender, combine the diced mango with 1 tablespoon of honey (or maple syrup) and a splash of cold water. Blend until smooth and creamy. Adjust sweetness if needed. Set aside.

    Mix the Matcha: In a small bowl, whisk the matcha green tea powder with ½ cup of cold water until smooth and fully dissolved. You can use a matcha whisk or a frother for best results.
