For the Grilled Chicken:

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon cumin

Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Mango Salsa:

1 ripe mango, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt, to taste

For Assembly:

4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat for a healthier option)

1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded

1 avocado, sliced

Optional: Greek yogurt or sour cream for serving

Instructions
 

Marinate the Chicken:

    - In a bowl, combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours in the fridge for deeper flavor).

      Prepare Mango Salsa:

        - In a mixing bowl, combine diced mango, chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and a pinch of salt. Stir gently until mixed. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary. Set aside to let the flavors meld.

          Grill the Chicken:
