1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

    Prepare the Cauliflower: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cauliflower florets with the olive oil, minced garlic, dried thyme, dried rosemary, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss well until the cauliflower is evenly coated with the oil and seasonings.

      Arrange on a Baking Sheet: Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are not overcrowded.

        Roast the Cauliflower: Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, turning once halfway through, until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender.
