Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

1 cup granola (your favorite mix)

1/2 cup mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans), chopped

1/2 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, apricots), chopped

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: Fresh fruit pieces (berries, banana slices)

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a large mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix well until fully combined and creamy.

Mix in Trail Ingredients: Add the granola, chopped nuts, dried fruits, and chocolate chips to your yogurt mixture. Stir gently to incorporate all ingredients evenly without breaking apart the granola too much.

Form the Bombs: Using a tablespoon or a small ice cream scoop, drop spoonfuls of the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray. If desired, press a few fresh fruit pieces into the top of each bomb for added flavor and decoration.

Freeze: Place the filled molds in the freezer for a minimum of 4 hours, or until solid.

Unmold and Store: Once the bombs are fully frozen, carefully pop them out of the molds. Store the trail mix bombs in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Enjoy immediately or take them on the go as a snack!

Serve: When ready to enjoy, remove a few bombs from the freezer and let them sit at room temperature for a couple of minutes before indulging, or eat them frozen for a refreshing treat.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 4 hours 15 minutes | Servings: 12-16 bombs
