To achieve a creamy and luscious texture in your Cinnamon Swirl Frozen Yogurt Pops, it’s crucial to avoid lumps in your yogurt mixture. Any lumps can lead to an uneven consistency, resulting in pops that are less enjoyable when eaten. Start by ensuring that your yogurt is well-blended and smooth before adding in other ingredients.

Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1/2 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust for sweetness)

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1/4 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

Pinch of salt

Optional toppings: crushed nuts, mini chocolate chips, or granola

Instructions

Prepare the Yogurt Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, pinch of salt, and ground cinnamon. Stir until everything is well blended and creamy.

Make Cinnamon Swirl Filling: In a separate small bowl, mix the brown sugar and milk until it forms a smooth, syrupy mixture. Ensure there are no lumps.

Layer the Mixtures: Pour half of the yogurt mixture into pop molds, filling them about halfway. Next, take a spoon and drizzle a layer of the cinnamon swirl filling on top of the yogurt. Use a skewer or a toothpick to gently swirl the cinnamon mixture into the yogurt, creating a marbled effect.

Finish Filling the Molds: Add the remaining yogurt mixture on top of the cinnamon swirl. Tap the molds gently to settle the mixtures, ensuring even layers.

Insert Sticks: Place the pop sticks into the molds and ensure they are centered. Cover with the lid if your molds have one.

Freeze: Freeze the pops for at least 4-6 hours or until completely solid. For best results, let them freeze overnight.

Unmold and Serve: To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds. Gently pull the pops out and enjoy! Optionally, roll them in your choice of toppings for added texture and flavor.
