Ingredients

2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

1/2 cup almond butter (creamy)

1/4 cup honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1/2 cup granola or chopped nuts (for added crunch)

Optional toppings: Fresh berries, cocoa nibs, or shredded coconut

Instructions

Prepare the Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt. Stir well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

Add Crunch: Gently fold in the granola or chopped nuts to the yogurt mixture, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

Line and Pour: Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later. Pour the yogurt mixture into the prepared dish, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.

Freeze the Mixture: Place the baking dish in the freezer and let it sit for at least 4 hours, or until the mixture is solid and firm.

Cut into Squares: Once frozen, remove the dish from the freezer. Using the parchment paper overhang, lift out the block of yogurt. Place it on a cutting board and cut it into squares of your desired size.

Add Toppings: If desired, sprinkle fresh berries, cocoa nibs, or shredded coconut on top of the squares before serving.

Storage: Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer. Perfect for grabbing a quick, healthy snack!
