Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks

2 ripe bananas, peeled and sliced

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Popsicle molds

Optional: shredded coconut or chopped nuts for topping

Instructions

Blend the Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the pineapple chunks, sliced bananas, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Taste and Adjust: Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup. Blend again briefly to mix in any additional sweetener.

Prepare the Molds: Carefully pour the yogurt mixture into your popsicle molds, leaving a small space at the top to allow for expansion as they freeze.

Add Toppings (Optional): If using, sprinkle shredded coconut or chopped nuts on top of the yogurt mixture in the molds for added texture.

Insert Sticks: Place the popsicle sticks into the center of each mold. If your molds allow for it, be sure to insert the sticks as far down as they can go without touching the bottom.

Freeze: Transfer the filled molds to the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until solid.

Unmold and Enjoy: Once the pops are fully frozen, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to help release the pops. Gently pull on the sticks to remove the popsicles. Enjoy your refreshing Tropical Bliss Frozen Pineapple Banana Yogurt Pops!
