Ingredients

6 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped

1 cup fresh orange juice

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

Zest of 1 lime

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1/4 cup coconut water (optional, for a tropical twist)

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Prepare the Kiwis: In a blender or food processor, add the chopped kiwis. Blend on high speed until smooth. If you prefer some texture, pulse until just slightly chunky.

Mix the Juices: In a separate bowl, combine the fresh orange juice, lime zest, lime juice, honey (or agave syrup), and coconut water (if using). Whisk well until the honey is fully dissolved.

Combine Mixtures: Pour the kiwi puree into the citrus juice mixture. Stir gently to combine until the colors swirl slightly, but don’t over-mix; you want to see some kiwi chunks for visual appeal.

Prepare the Molds: Pour the mixture evenly into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top for expansion as they freeze. If you don’t have popsicle molds, small cups can also work!

Insert Sticks: If your molds are designed for popsicle sticks, insert them into the center of each mold at this stage. If using cups, cover each cup with foil and poke the stick through the center to hold it upright.

Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.

Unmold and Serve: Once frozen, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds to ease the popsicles out. Enjoy these refreshing treats as a delightful snack or dessert!
