Ingredients

2 cups seedless grapes (mix of red and green for visual appeal)

1 medium lime, zested and juiced

2 tablespoons honey or agave syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of sea salt

Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the Grapes: Rinse the grapes under cold water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Ensure they are completely dry to avoid ice crystals.

Make the Lime Glaze: In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, lime zest, honey (or agave syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt. Stir until well mixed and the honey is fully dissolved.

Coat the Grapes: Place the grapes in a large mixing bowl. Pour the lime glaze over the grapes and gently toss to coat them evenly. Allow the grapes to marinate in the mixture for about 10-15 minutes at room temperature for enhanced flavor.

Skewer the Grapes: Thread the marinated grapes onto wooden skewers (about 5-6 grapes per skewer). If the skewers are long, you can cut them in half for easier handling.

Freeze the Skewers: Place the skewers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread the grapes out to avoid sticking. Freeze the skewers for about 2-3 hours or until completely frozen.

Serve: Once frozen, remove the skewers from the freezer. If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves for a burst of color and flavor. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing treat!
