2 cups mixed nuts (walnuts, pecans, and almonds)

1 cup pumpkin seeds (pepitas)

1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup butterscotch chips

1 cup caramel corn

1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

1/2 tsp sea salt

2 tbsp maple syrup

2 tbsp melted coconut oil

1/4 cup candy corn (optional for sweetness)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the mixed nuts, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, butterscotch chips, caramel corn, and candy corn (if using).

      Prepare Coating: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the pumpkin pie spice, sea salt, maple syrup, and melted coconut oil until well blended.

        Combine: Pour the spice mixture over the dry ingredients and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.

          Spread on Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the snack mix in a single layer on the baking sheet.
