4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

8 slices of bacon

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup spinach, chopped (fresh or frozen)

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon black pepper

Salt, to taste

Toothpicks (for securing the bacon)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped spinach, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix until the ingredients are well blended and creamy.

      Prepare the Chicken: Take each chicken breast and cut a pocket in the side, ensuring you don’t cut all the way through. This will hold the filling.
