2 cans (5 oz each) tuna in water, drained

1/4 cup Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise)

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)

1/4 cup celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped

Salt and pepper to taste

4 large lettuce leaves (green leaf or romaine)

1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced

1/2 avocado, sliced

Optional: cherry tomatoes for garnish

Prepare the Tuna Mixture: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the drained tuna, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and fresh dill. Mix until well combined and the tuna is flaked.
