1 cup unsweetened coconut milk

1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)

1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or plant-based)

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon unsweetened shredded coconut

1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of sea salt

Ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)

Instructions
 

In a high-speed blender, combine the unsweetened coconut milk, ripe banana, and fresh or frozen blueberries.

    Add the protein powder, chia seeds, shredded coconut, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt into the blender.

      If you prefer a thicker shake, add several ice cubes to the blender.

        Blend the mixture on high speed until smooth and creamy, usually about 30-45 seconds.
