4 large flatbreads or naan

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (can use rotisserie chicken for convenience)

1 cup canned chili (your choice of beef, turkey, or vegetarian)

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup diced red onion

1/2 cup sliced black olives

1/4 cup jalapeño slices (optional, for heat)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

Fresh cilantro or parsley for garnish

Sour cream (for serving, optional)

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare Flatbreads: Place the flatbreads on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush each flatbread lightly with olive oil.

      Mix Chicken and Chili: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, canned chili, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Stir until well combined.
