Ingredients

1 bag of tortilla chips (about 10 ounces)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup sliced cured meats (salami, prosciutto, and pepperoni)

½ cup sliced black olives

½ cup pickled jalapeños

1 cup grape tomatoes, halved

½ cup diced red onion

1 avocado, diced

½ cup fresh basil leaves, chopped

½ cup ranch dressing (for drizzling)

2 tablespoons balsamic glaze

Sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Optional: sour cream, guacamole, and hot sauce for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Layer the Chips: Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Add the Cheese: Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella generously over the chips, ensuring even coverage.

Pile on the Meats: Distribute the sliced salami, prosciutto, and pepperoni over the cheese-covered chips.

Add Veggies: Scatter the sliced black olives, pickled jalapeños, halved grape tomatoes, and diced red onion atop the meats.

Bake the Nachos: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and is bubbly.

Garnish: Once out of the oven, let the nachos cool for a minute. Top with diced avocado and chopped basil. Season with sea salt and black pepper.

Drizzle and Serve: Drizzle ranch dressing and balsamic glaze over the nachos. Serve with additional sour cream, guacamole, and hot sauce on the side if desired.
