Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup sour cream

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup pecans, chopped (reserve some for garnish)

1/2 cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)

Pinch of salt

Graham crackers, apple slices, and pretzels for serving

Instructions

Blend Base: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add in the powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until the sugars are fully incorporated.

Add Sour Cream: Gently fold in the sour cream until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This will add a nice tang that complements the sweetness.

Whip Cream: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the cheesecake mixture, being cautious not to deflate the whipped cream.

Mix in Pecan and Caramel: Stir in the chopped pecans and 1/2 cup of caramel sauce, reserving some caramel for drizzling on top later. Add a pinch of salt to balance the sweetness.

Chill: Transfer the cheesecake dip into a serving bowl or dish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together and the dip to firm up a bit.

Serve: Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator and give it a gentle stir. Drizzle with extra caramel sauce and sprinkle the reserved chopped pecans on top for garnish. Serve with graham crackers, apple slices, and pretzels for dipping.
