Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup green onions, finely chopped

2 packages (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent roll dough

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Optional: additional ranch or buffalo sauce for drizzling

Optional: celery sticks and carrot sticks for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Filling:

      - In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo wing sauce, ranch dressing, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.

        - Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated. Adjust seasoning and sauce levels if necessary to match your spice preference.

          Prepare the Crescent Rolls:

            - Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles as per the package instructions.

              - Arrange the triangles in a circular pattern on the baking sheet, overlapping them slightly to form a ring. Make sure the wider ends are pointing outwards and the narrow ends are towards the center.

                Add the Filling:

                  - Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto the center of the crescent ring, forming a circular mound.

                    Fold the Dough:

                      - Carefully fold the narrow ends of the crescent triangles over the filling, tucking them down into the center to create a sealed ring. The filling should still be visible in the center of the ring.

                        Egg Wash:

                          - Brush the top of the crescent ring with the beaten egg to give it a golden brown color when baked.

                            Bake:

                              - Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and cooked through.

                                Cool and Serve:

                                  - Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes before slicing.

                                    - Drizzle with additional ranch or buffalo sauce if desired. Serve warm, alongside celery and carrot sticks for crunch.
