2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon dried basil

1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

1/4 cup fresh basil leaves, chopped (for garnish)

Crushed red pepper flakes (optional, for some heat)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Prepare Tomatoes: In a mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure all the tomatoes are coated.
