2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Salt and pepper, to taste

3 cups fresh broccoli florets

8 ounces fettuccine pasta

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Add the broccoli florets to the boiling pasta during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.

    Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil. Once hot, season the chicken pieces with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
